EVAN AND FRIENDS
Here it is, my windsurfing video for 2005. Evan Walmsley, one of Kinston's all time best sailors, dominates. See him pull off endless forward loops, backloops, and awesome waverides in the Kingston area, during some of the windier days of fall '05. Its not all Evan though, with other Kingston and Quebec sailors showing off their stuff too. Footage from Sandbanks, Wolfe Island, Emily Street, Patterson Park, Everitt Park, and RMC .
Compilation of windsurfing footage from Kingston and area launches including Emily Street, Wolfe Island, and Sandbanks. Soundtrack is Banjoboy, a song I wrote/recorded wherein a banjo meets a Marshall Stack, and East Indian sounds cross paths with Hillbilly and hard rock tones!
Contains footage of awesome wavesailing at Sandbanks Provincial Park which happened on October 15, 2003. The Wind was blowing 35-50+ knots, and standing on the beach filming the action was tough enough, never mind what the sailors were enduring! I had a short session using my 4.2 sail and 80 L board, and got thoroughly trashed in the shorebreak. Featuring Kingston aquapilots Evan Walmsley, Mike Fischer, and a crew of hotshots visiting from Quebec.
